The section is responsible for offering services like counselling and educational services etc. This Section is headed by Community Services officer, Mrs L Muzari. Chegutu Municipality has 2 Council Schools namely: Chinengundu Primary School and Kaguvi Primary School. Community Services also offer services like sports development and psycho-social support ( enhancing coping capacity of people in the country).

2. Library operation time is 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
3. Library fees is $3 per month
