June Monthly Clean-up Campaign

In line with the Presidential Declaration on Monthly Clean-up Campaigns, Chegutu municipality in conjunction with EMA conducted the Clean-up campaign on the 2nd of June 2023.

This involved cleaning the surroundings of all Municipal Stations and Service Centres dotted around the Municipal area and also the area surrounding Gomba Marketplace.

Residents also participated in the Clean-up campaign in their respective wards. Various business entities in the CBD also picked up litter around their premises. Chegutu Municipality would like to thank all those who participated in this Clean-up campaign to create a healthy and sanitary environment. In light of the above residents and all stakeholders are encouraged to honor this declaration on the 1st Friday of each month to maintain a healthy and clean environment.
